Kellogg's Honey Cornflakes

Client: Kellogg's  | Agency: JWT London  | Role: Conceptual Copywriter

To launch a new variety of the world's most iconic cereal, I landed on the idea that Kellogg's will now need to recruit a whole lot of new employees - bees. After the animatic stormed research, I shot the live action in South Africa, then spent many weeks working with VFX artists to make the bees look realistic. Oh, and very cute. The choice of music was an important one here, and this jazz track I chose seemed to perfectly compliment the bee's erratic movment while invoking a nostalgic feel.

Augmented Reality pack

To make the bees come to life in Augmented Reality, I had the idea to place an AR marker on the Kellogg's pack. Scan this and watch the busy bees buzz around, carrying the flakes.
